You yourself can prevent yourself or others from receiving or transmitting HIV. You all know about condoms, but also sticking to mutual masturbation or oral sex also works. If you are the waiting type, then it's best to wait until you and your partner have been tested so you can be confident in both of your clean status before taking that jump. Many large organizations strongly disagree and are even filing lawsuits over President Bush's cutbacks of sexual education. He is supporting the 'Abstinance' way, that speaks about not having sex at all before marriage, over any kind of sexual education or handouts. At many organizations that support and have taught sexual education for decades, they find this is a complete absurdity and a waste of taxpayer's money. People who teach the sexual education and preventative measures know that you, as people are going to have sex before marriage. This view is also very discriminatory to people who can't get married, or don't want to get married so early. Do you feel it's right for your President to tell you that it's morally wrong for you to have sex before marriage. Telling someone 'No' has never worked for anything in the history of society, so why should it now? - and to take the money that goes to information clinics, handouts, public speakings, free condoms, and free HIV test clinics has been ripped away by President Bush's new laws.…
