Letter of Termination

On May 18, 2004, you were interviewed for an open position in our Dallas, Texas regional office. After many candidates were considered you were informed a decision had been made to promoted another associate at this time. Weeks after your received information that you did not get the promotion my office began getting complaints from the employees in your department about verbal harassment and unfair treatment between employees. Statements were given that you commented that you did not get the promotion because of the personnel you had working for you. At that time we decided to bring you to the corporate office for a sit down discussion concerning this matter. At this meeting we explained to you that we were unhappy with the current situation that developed in your department and wanted an explanation.
