Legal Drugs in Sport
Some drugs are tolerated (nicotine and caffeine) and used by athletes. Smoking and chewing tobacco are common sources of nicotine, while persons with acute reactions to caffeine can be influenced through "acceptable" levels of associated drink and food ingestion.
