Although, the fact that Euro Disney was built in France cannot be changed, the company should have went to Spain. First of all, French people are individualistic and private; however, Spanish people are warm and friendly. Secondly, the location would be better in Spain due to warm weather. We understand why Euro Disney was built in France because of its central location but, it was a mistake that cannot be changed and all problems arise due to location and culture of French people. Since location cannot be changed, the alternatives to accumulated problems of Euro Disney should receive immediate attention. First, Euro Disney should get the service system up to the standards and cost levels of the other Disney parks. As well, a strong marketing campaign would allow Euro Disney to attract customers from around Europe to compensate for winter season.
