This theme was chosen on one hand because of high importance of transport issues in all the countries of European Union and not only there. At the moment freedom of movement for both persons and goods is one of the major issues of European Union, taking in account that there are now twenty five countries and there are some candidates for entering, too. And our need for efficient safe transport system, especially for road transport is higher needed for a fair European integration, for mobility both for passengers and goods. On other hand this issue is more closer to my specialty and work, of course, and it will be better for myself to be informed about all the things European Union is going to do in transport field.
The aim of this work is to point out why transport policy is so important to all the countries of European Union comparing with other issues of economic. Second point – what is the goals European Union wants to achieve in transport field, what are the main problems have to be resolved. And at least how they will reach these goals.
The main stress will be on road transport as it is counted as most popular kind of transport both in carrying persons and goods. A little touch in rail, air and see transport.
In writing this course paper and for better finding out the aims of this work will be used most part official documents of European Unity bodies regarding transport policy and articles from internet source.
According to noted aims of this job first of all will find out what is the purpose of transport policy’s importance using main information sources and statistic. After that – the goals that should be received in nearest future and the ways to do that.…
