Rye Bbread - Latvian National Food
Bread is one of the oldest recipes known to man, and has been in use for at least several thousand years. Rye grain was introduced in about 500 CE.

1 cup each rye flour, white flour and bread flour2 teaspoons active dry yeast (one package)2 teaspoons honey or sugar2 teaspoons salt1 egg whitecorn meal for dusting2-3 tablespoons olive oil
