Reply to a Letter of Complaint
Thank you for your letter of 15 October, in which you informed us about the goods of the above consignment that were damaged. Your detailed description of the damage was very helpful to us.
Nevertheless, I would like to point out that the goods were checked before they left the warehouse, so, I believe the damage was largely due to circumstances beyond our control. It must have happened during shipment.
To withdraw the material of your complaint, we will accept the goods CF, and we will send the refund by banker’s draft as soon as we receive them.…
