prohibition of death penalty, environmental and
consumer protection and good administration.
* Some correlations between the two texts can be found: e.g.: Decl. Art. 30 and EU Charter Art. 54.

* Do you think it is still useful to have a Universal Declaration of Human Rights although it is not legally binding and although many of its principles are violated in many countries?
* Do we need a Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union if we already have the Universal Declaration of Human Rights?
