Retailing Questionnaire Report
I was commissioned to conduct a survey to obtain information about customer profiles, customer satisfaction with the products and services currently being offered at „Elvi” store in Alūksne. A questionnaire comprising 13 questions was prepared, tested and then used in a series of interviews with customers who were approached as they left the store. Each interview took approximately 3 minutes to complete.
After analysis of the information provided it was possible to draw the following conclusions:
The respondents were from 17 to 49 years old. Almost half (47%) had 4 persons in family, but just a quarter of them (25%) had 5 or 2 persons. …
