The Sun Also Rises: The Indefinite Pronoun "It"
In the novel The Sun Also Rises, Ernest Hemingway uses the indefinite pronoun "it" to express the idea that simple, insignificant words can show a surreptitious meaning that the reader may have been unaware of.
