Introduction
Currently one of the most highly sought after avenues of the contemporary world of medical science, psychology is under so much demand for rather simple reasons. One of the more evident reasons is that it provides researchers with the incentive to objectively examine the most important organ of the human body, the brain. The relevance of psychology is emphasized even further when considering the relevance that it yields over such typically intangible conditions as psychopathic tendencies, depression, and various phobias that may hamper that life of an individual to the point of extreme unmanageability. The brain is the primary computing organ of the human body, responsible even for such apparently minute stimulus as depression and happiness; hunger and contentment etc. It is a body of studies that delve into the pattern of brain activities in times of the various forms and stages of stress. This is something that helps unravel the root causes behind such tendencies as suicidal behavior, gloom and depression, and even the irresistible need to indulge in obsessive eating. All of the mentioned problems can be dealt with quite effectually in the case of having a certain bearing in regard to the area (s) of the brain being affected.
