CONCLUSION
In conclusion, I believe that the federal and state employment laws are put in place to protect the interest of an employee. If there were no laws put in place, I believe that the employers would take advantage and run their business the way they pleased. There would also be no such things as illegal conducts in the working environment if the laws were not present. As an employee of an organization, I personally feel that it makes life at work much easier knowing that laws are put in place to protect us. If there were no laws in my organization, I don't think they would still be successful as they are today.
