Should Euthanasia Be Legalised?

When a country decides to legalise euthanasia, it is responsible not only to its own people, but the world community as a whole, as there are countries that regard it as illegal. For example, there are the Islamic countries, whose laws are based on Islam, which forbids suicide. The different laws may lead to euthanasia tourism, which will cause legal problems. Moreover, harshly speaking, by legalising euthanasia, we may be giving people a fast and painless ride to hell.
In the end, it is left to the governments to decide whether or not euthanasia should be legalised in their respective countries. Whatever their decision, I would like to urge them to realise that it is impossible to ensure that all acts of euthanasia are truly voluntary and that the law can be abused. Thus, by this and my above-mentioned arguments, I justify my stand that euthanasia should not be legalised.
