The drive inside of you that gets you to go for a goal or achievements. Ambition, the gas in the car. You can consider ambition the drive train inside of you. Ambition can be good or bad. If you have a lot ambition your going to get want you are striving for, but if your goal is not for the good of heart, then things can go wrong.
