Land Usage from Suburban to Urban City of Toronto

Conclusion
Significant changes were observed entering the city. In suburbs there is more land for people. Toronto is an old city built much earlier and ran out of land to build and improve on. People that choose to live in the suburbs enjoy quieter lifestyles in contrast to the urban life, where people are much more active and fast paced. Everything in Toronto is so close together that a car is not necessary to get around especially with the transit system conveniently built under Toronto. Most stores in the suburbs require some sort of vehicle to get to. There are larger areas and less traffic with wider streets meaning less chaotic living areas in the suburbs making it the new ideal place for families.
