A- Financial rewards:
The base pay in Investment Department is comparable to other investment companies such as Global Investment Company, and Al-Dar Investment Company, however, the competitor companies has advantage of motivating their existing employees and attracting new qualified employees by giving them additional incentives and bonuses, such Asset Management Unit performance related incentive scheme.
Here A'ayan should concentrate on Performance pay scheme, "Performance-related pay" which provides a variety payment to be directly related to employee's outputs performance. The pay scheme in the direct investment unit will be designed to motivate the employees to achieve higher levels of performance and will encourage them to continue with higher rewards level in future.
