True freedom is letting each individual free from any kind of negativity that may surround them in any way. Freedom is a hard concept to understand. It is hard to say whether it really exists. Every action that one does is followed by a consequence that one must deal with. True freedom does not exist, unfortunately.
The history of African Americans in the United States simply cant be told without discussing racism as a structure that may white people built through law, social segregation, economic practices, intimidation, and accepting the privileges of "the way things were done.
