Characteristics of High Performance Team

There are a plenty of resources to understand different cultures nowadays because of information technology. We easily can reach them through internet, TV and other communication devices.
Even though that, understanding cultural diversity in organization is still difficult. When teams or groups encounter the problem, one approach can acceptable by one culture, but this may not be acceptable by others. We can gain understanding only from experience.
Conclusion
Demographic characteristics and cultural diversity have huge impact on team or group.
If we understand these effects and apply for teamwork properly, team or group can be effective and/or can become high-performance, because demographic characteristics and cultural diversity would bring the variety of ideas and creative solutions.
