It never crossed my mind when I received the book "Amazing Grace" that its words would change how I viewed my life, my town, my family, my school, and especially my country. Having heard so much about the book, I had expected hundreds of pages which would portray a harsh, blunt, and unforgiving critique about the lives of those residing in the South Bronx. I had expected to be repulsed…
