Datateks is company, which is very focused on customer service and providing high quality products and services to their clients. They engage with each client individually to find the best solution even for the most demanding clients. The company’s image what they have created for more then a decade is company, which is responsible, loyal and reliable.
Datateks has clients from many different fields, since they use direct marketing and reaches out to clients over the phone, so they never know if the potential client will be
interested in their offer or no. That is reason why it’s so important for Datateks to have trained, skilled, convincing sales people who can hook new clients and close the
deals. This approach has worded for company and Datateks should continue using it with some minor improvements.
Social platform usage has grown tremendously over last 10 years and more and more companies use this phenomenon in their marketing strategies. By being active on social platforms Datateks can gain many benefits such as: relatively cheap or free advertisement, easy engagement with clients, business and market research. All these factors can give Datateks advantages over the other players in the market.
By growing demand more players appears in the market what makes high level of rivalry in this specific field. That is reason why Datateks need to differentiate itself from others competitors to persist to function in the market. To improve brand awareness Datateks must involve more into social platform presence it also would,positively influence company’s growth.
