Woyzeck Summary and Critique

The possibilities for this text are endless. 1) Because it is incomplete and the ordering of the scenes in entirely subjective, 2) The setting is nondescript, therefore the director can alter the plays innuendos to relate to political matters of the time. I would love to direct Buchner's work at some point in my career because it can be made extremely accessible, regardless of the vast differences of publication and performance. I had several images and ideas which actually slowed the reading process down thinking of the infinite options of directorial concepts.
