For multinational families service providers are already working on special offers that can be easily purchased and forums where client can ask and get necessary information about the trip. As to international managers, experts assume that there will be made wearable technology. RFID chips will be implanted into their clothes, so to detect where VIP is in dangerous situations in order to protect them. [3., 60.-61.]
For the past few years, tourists’ interest about primitive products in Baltic countries decreased. Nowadays, they want to be as close as possible to nature. Therefore, bicycling, boating, hiking, bird watching, botany and mushrooming are in high demand. However, tour operators are indolently offering these kinds of products, mostly concentrate on traditional and popular trips. [4., 20.]
In conclusion, I believe that innovations in the tourism and hospitality business are making travelers live easier, pleasant and convenient by offering more and more new products which response to their needs. Taking everything into account, it should be noticed, however, that 21st century technologies are improving and developing tourism industry in many ways.
