How Am I Affected by the Nature and Impact of Change

I have to constantly be on the lookout and on guard, and make a conscious effort to make future change easier by giving 110% whenever I can.
There are to many conventions of change to discuss, I have only mentioned a few which affect me on a personal level. Finally, the causes, processes and consequences of change affect me on a daily basis. It can be seen that there really is nothing permanent other than change. Change may bring about change for the better or for the worse. However, I must try and embrace change, and try my hardest not to let change get the better of me. I should also make a conscious effort to put in 110%, so as the future is easier. This is how I am affected by the impact and nature of that inevitable force, change.
