The employees, each individual in company, together can make awful, good or perfect time. Of course, HR managers are interested to get perfect team, and always difficult question is how to find the right formula, how to make all necessary rolls in team and how to find suitable employee for each roll. If you already have your basic group of employees and there are just several free positions, you can come to situation when some employee says that he knows one (or sometimes more) suitable candidates. Than the question is whether there will be more advantages or disadvantages of hiring employee’s friend or acquaintances.

Each situation is different and the decision can be depend on each employee’s performance at work place as well. But there can be a lot of advantages for doing that thing, but as we all know things can’t be just black or just white, and it is important to recognize that there can be some disadvantages also. Anyway employees who are happy at their work place are one of the best sources of recruitment and if they fill that this is the greatest place to work, their positive word of mouth attract their friends.…
