OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The Contractor shall accomplish the electrical installation works according to the project documentation in ________________ (address: ______________________), hereinafter referred to as the “Object”. The Buyer is liable for gaining approval of project documentation by the local authorities.
The Buyer shall provide at his own expense with all the installation materials according to the project documentation and performing work schedule.
The Buyer is liable for the delivered materials' certificates testifying their quality.…
