Good morning ladies and gentlemen. The topic of today’s presentation is real estate. The aim today is to give some background about real estate investing. I have divided my talk into three main parts. Firstly, I will speak about meaning the real estate, then, I will speak about investing in real state, finally we look at the main advantages and disadvantages about real estate investing.
