It means that limits of language truly refer to the limits of the world, in other words- if person’s language, for example, is polite, smart and pure, the person who uses this kind of language is intellectual and their language reflects their inner world, but if language is rude, poor and offensive, the world probably is the same.
Language always has been the thing which reflects specific person and the world they possess, and the limits of language truly are the limits of the world, this statement certainly comply with my life.
