The way to come across a number of qualified workers that will be an adequate fit for the Celtic Tiger would take a large amount of planning. In order to calculate veritable results, a team must be set up to collect data from all major companies. It must be recorded at what rate the company is growing and how many workers they will need to keep at a steady growth rate. The research must also take into account the number of small failing businesses, so that their workers can find a job without too much foreign competition. Some businesses may just be starting, and must start with a team of skilled workers that must come from somewhere (Coakley). The number of people needed for the businesses, and not needed, will be estimated and finally rounded up to a decent number. After this has been accomplished, the team of researchers must also take into account future Irish generations, and must determine the amount of work permits allowed depending on how many new Irishmen would enter the working field. While this would take a whole team or even an army of people, it will be the best to find out how many work permits should be distributed to keep the economy going.…
