The only policies we will enforce are honesty, transparency, and quality customer service. We need our employees and owners alike to be honest and trustworthy in the business. Secondly, everything has to be transparent. The money within the business must be accounted for and everything has to be reported. With these two aspects in mind, we will be able to avoid any confusion and any possible problems. As for quality customer service, we require everyone to be polite and accommodating to all of our customers. Customer service is very important to the future of our business.
