Another solution as proposed by the director of facilities planning and development Charles Lampe stated "The parking garage project would call for a garage near the University Center and MS building, a garage as a component of the UC expansion project and a garage east of the Academic III building." Great as it sounds; it's also great in costs. As mention earlier, the cost for these garages ranges from $10,000 and $13,000 per parking space. Although expensive, it will greatly benefit the students in the university. They wouldn't care about the costs since the revenue of the permits would pay for all these projects. Construction wouldn't be as fast since the estimated completion of the projects is foreseen until 2007. That's 4 years till, so that means the problem will consist up until those 4 years are over. A worthy investment since in the end the wait would be worthwhile.…
