Look for ways to improve the system, such as other possible applications that could be added. Cutting over to the new system will be a major challenge for McNutt and he needs to make sure it goes smoothly.
Marketing the Program
After, the program has been successfully intergrated into Conseco, McNutt needs to look at the issue of marketing this program. As mentioned before, there was a possiblilty of this program being sold to other companies. I don't see why they can't capitalize on their success and make some money off it. McNutt, should take charge and establish a team responsible for finding clients for them. If this new program is a success, then I don't see how this new program won't be a big money maker for Conseco.
