Conclusion
Communication is valuable to the extent in which it can change lives. Insecurity is often associated with lack of communication, and insecurity has lead people to many different ends, from fighting in a war due to mere skin colour, or to dying of thirst because you could not indicate your needs. Communication helps in so many different areas from expressing emotions to getting a better education. In John Marsdens "So much to tell you" Marinas accident could have come to pass due to lack of communication, but certainly her years of isolation and loneliness were caused due to her little, if not, no communication.
So much to tell you shows that communication is available in all different forms, but none-the-less, valuable.
