I have always lived with this conviction that if I want something I must feel such an acute need for it that I am unable to live without it and that the only way to achieve it is that it becomes the single driving force in my life. However that piece forced me think into what will happen if I do not achieve that and frankly I could not think of a single thing that will be able to redeem me if worse comes to worst.
I will not say that the piece actually told me what was important to me in my life, but I can say that to an extent it made me realize what are the things other than my career which are as much if not more important to me.
