Not everyone is lucky enough to be able to afford to continue his or her education into the college level. Financial aid helps those in need to continue their education, however, financial aid does not help everyone. One important group of people left out of receiving financial aid are those under the age of 25, unmarried, with no children, and completely independent of their parent's income.
