The modernism and postmodernism perspectives can be approached to Ryanair business models and strategies. Looking at the Ryanair organisational style today and back in 1988, when the first serious changes has been applied to the relative small organisation from its grounds till leader position in Europe in low-cost airline industry today (EBSCO, Euromonitor,2007), it’s clear that Ryanair has used a mixture between different organisational perspectives to use it as a way to reach its success, (Hatch 2006). Ryanair airline company has been founded in 1985. But just in 1990-s company started to use low – cost strategic model. (Boddy 2005) Since Michael O’Leary, strongly expressed leader of organisation enjoyed the company in 1988, the massive changes have been initiated in company and expressed modernist perspective approaches in organisation true focus to systems, technology, structure and context, (McAuley 2007).…
