Ellen Moore left Bahrain and took a new job that eventually led her to Korea as a
project manager. Once again it is easy to see the gender issues in the management
problem, but here too, it is important to see the other underlying cultural interpretive
schemes that are working. This case provides a nice bit on the role of Confucian ideas
