Depression, it is defined by Webster's Unabridged Edition Dictionary as: in psychology, an emotional condition, either normal or pathological, characterized by discouragement, a feeling of inadequacy, etc. Also as being gloomy; dejected; sad.
Depression is the most treatable mental illness, yet the twenty- four million people caught in it's downward spiral each year may feel so isolated that they never seek help. But life can be joyous again, as those who have been fully treated know.
There are many different ways to get help, the two major ways are Psychoanalysis and Psychopharmacology.
