To me means that it is emotion that affects characters in literature not reason or thought. I Agree with this statement because many stories characters do what they feel is right not what is logically right. In all literature, it is a character's feelings which lead to their actions and not any logic or reasoning. "The Glass Menagerie" by Tennessee Williams proves this quote.
