The Latvians have an expression – “My house is my castle and I’m the king of my castle”, but my dream house is a real, medieval knight palace, full with hundreds of mystical, secret passages and rooms, and near it, I picture, a big, fantastic garden.
There I’m living in my dreams and waiting for my prince Charming who will someday come into my world. Why exactly a castle and a prince? Because in my childhood, I always wanted to be a princess, like those who have been written about in all kinds of fairytales.
