On May 18, 2004, you were interviewed for an open position in our Dallas, Texas regional office. After many candidates were considered you were informed a decision had been made to promoted another associate at this time. Weeks after your received information that you did not get the promotion my office began getting complaints from the employees in your department about verbal harassment and unfair treatment between employees.
