Darba fragmentsAizvērt

From the perspective of a student, it is very interesting to learn through comparative law the nature of different legal systems based on different grounds, for example, religion, culture, location, traditions. Every legal system consists of several law branches, which are criminal law, civil law, commercial law, constitutional law and administrative law. The task of the comparative law is to analyse them in different states, which gives a definite or not so evident knowledge on history, ideologies, present situation and future plans of the particular states.
Today, comparative law studies have become one of the most important studies in order to achieve peace, harmony and common goals for better society on this planet.
