Finance is the application of economic principles and concepts to business decision –making and problem solving. Financial management encompasses many different types of decisions, financing decision, and decision that involve both investing and financing. Nevertheless, financial analysis is a tool of financial management. It consists of the evaluation of the financial condition and operating performance of a business firm, an industry, or even the economy, and the forecasting of its future condition and performance.

The aim of the report is to conduct the analysis if company’s financial structure.

To achieve the aim were the following tasks:
• to explore the nature of finance;
• to analyze financial analysis techniques;
• to perform financial analysis using liquidity ratios
The report consists of 3 chapters.

Chapter 1 presents the general nature of company’s financial structure and depicts the main scope of financial management.
Chapter 2 explores general financial analysis techniques in order to perform an analysis of a particular area of a company.…
