The time we have each day is only 24 hours, we can make it neither more nor less. It’s a shame that we waste a lot of time, because we can never retrieve lost time again, so it’s really important to plan time correctly and do as much as we can, not loose it.
But not every day we can use all our time properly. Often we waste time thinking about something that has slipped our mind or interrupting ourselves by starting to do something that we don’t have to do.
