From the above, it can be analysed that employees under the diversity management are controlled by the organisation while employees under the organisational culture are controlled by the sets of norms and values. It is because there are lists of rules and procedures for the employees to follow under the diversity management. As for organisational culture, atmosphere change employees' views. It seems that diversity management is more constraint and less flexible than the organisational culture. Moreover, organisational culture is allowed for the employees to be more active to behave by themselves in the organisation and create varieties of ideas to help the organisation. While employees under the diversity management are more passive, they behave by themselves according to the rules and policies. It is difficult to change their behaviour and adopt the contingency environment.…
