In my view, there will be no positive changes in the number of people who leave Latvia until The Government gives people reasons to stay. Latvians are not only searching a better life abroad, they are also trying to find possibilities to develop and while that is not quite possible in Latvia, people are going to stay. Not only the unemployed are leaving the county, by every next year younger and younger people are emigrating to study and find better career opportunities. …
