From here, the article continues with what happens after Lilith, which is also important to the Liltih myth, if Lilith hadn't left Adam, there would be no more story. God then created the first Eve, unfortunately, God allowed Adam to watch as he did so, and Adam was so disgusted by watching this process, that even though the first Eve was a beautiful woman, Adam rejected her. God took away the first Eve, and proceeded to create the second. While Adam slept, god removed one of Adam's ribs, from which he created the second Eve, which Adam accepted.
I find the Lilith myth very fascinating, first of all, it undermines a lot of Christianity's beliefs. God is not perfect, and God is not kind, in fact God is no where near perfect. He had to try three times before he succeeded in making Adam's mate. I chose to research Lilith simply because it's strange, different, and tells a very different tale from what is usually believed to be the world's creation.
