Third, on the question of Kuhn's relationship to logical positivism, I would argue that he is not against it. George Reisch in his essay “Did Kuhn Kill Logical Empiricism?” emphasized that there is a close relationship between Kuhn and logical positivism, especially because such logical positivists as Rudolf Carnap have expressed strong approval to Kuhn's work. From other side, his book has given also rebirth to scientific realism with the belief of objective knowledge and justification.
In the end, despite pro and contras of Kuhn's work, I would like emphasize that the Popper-Kuhn-Lakatos-Feyerabend debate has raised the question whether science can fit the old rules of method and I appreciate his idea of scientific revolutions which involves revision of existing scientific belief. Perhaps should we step ahead Popper and Kuhn and start a new scientific revolution in the 21st century?
