I chose to write about public speaking because I can relate to this topic and this is very useful information to know as many people are scared to speak in front of the public and I would like to find out the ways I can overcome it and the ways how it’s done properly.
It seems that in business communication the most important things should be competence, cleverness, efficiency but actually most of the job is doing the communication skills. One study has shown that 69 percent of the working day we spent communicating. That means that words are the most powerful weapon, and they are even more powerful if they have been said the right way. And here comes the importance of public speaking.
