The death penalty is a very disputed subject in North America. Those who want it back don't understand it will not help anything. There are far more cons to the capitol punishment then there are pros. The United States still holds protests over the matter. Capitol punishment should remain the same here in Canada; we are known to have a very good crime rate compared to other countries and to resolve issues peacefully. Why change anything? Lets put an end to these arguments.
