This topic regarding voluntary euthanasia is not ambiguous and not unanimous regarding whether it should be allowed or not, and therefore it is not legal in most of the countries. In countries, where euthanasia is allowed and legal, the government has set criteria that have to be done in case of making euthanasia happen. One of them is the factor, which requires the patient who asks for euthanasia to be mentally stable and responsible for its actions and consequences. From this counterclaim I state that situations where patient asks for euthanasia have to be valued depending on how sick the patient is. Patient has to be mentally stable and conscious about the request in order to make it happen. Have to take into account that patient who take strong medicine can have side effects and hallucination, which can cause willing to die. Hence, I argue that request for euthanasia made by patient who suffers from depression caused from depression of unhappy love should not be accepted, but only in terminal illness cases.…
